A fine example of Sicily winemaking, this Sicilia DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Nocera 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from young vineyards at about 30 meters above sea level on soils of alluvial origin, dark and deep, rich in silt. Vinification: fermentation in steel at controlled temperature with maceration on the skins for 7 days. The wine is aged some months in steel. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
