This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 60%, Chardonnay 30%, Sauvignon Blanc 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards of over 30 years in Valferana cru, at an altitude of 320 meters above sea level. Vinification: fermentation in oak and cement vats. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
