Crafted from Trebbiano 75%, Vermentino 25%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the Siena hills, in Poggio Piglia and Suvereto. Organic and biodynamic farming. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeats in steel vats. Without addition of sulphites or other oenological additives. The wine is aged 3 months in steel vats and other 3 in bottle. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
