Produced in Tuscany, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Ansonica 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on sandy and clay soil at 50 mt asl. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts without temperature control in acacia wood barrels. The wine is aged 8 months in acacia wood barrels and steel tanks. A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
