Produced in Abruzzo, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Montepulciano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 250-450 meters above sea level on the hills of Negrar, composed of silt-clayey soils, partly calcareous, with 15-25 year-old exposure of the vines to the south-east and south-west. Vinification: the grapes are harvested and dried and undergo a subsequent vinification with soft pressing at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged 3 years in small oak barrels. A wine reflecting Abruzzo's rugged terrain between mountains and the Adriatic.
Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is the region's signature red, prized for its generous fruit character.
