This exceptional Pantelleria DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Zibibbo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at Bukkuram, on the island of Pantelleria (TP), at a height of 200 m. above sea level and with exposure to the South-West. Vinification: wilting in the sun 50% of the grapes for at least 4 weeks in advanced fermentation, raisins are left to macerate for 3 months. The wine is aged 42 months in French oak barrels of 225 6 months in stainless steel tanks. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
