Hailing from Abruzzo, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pecorino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the Pependone vineyard to Pianella on clayey and mineral soils. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 18 days. No added sulphites. The wine is aged 10 months in steel tanks on the lees and at least 18 months in the bottle. A wine true to Abruzzo's tradition of vibrant, food-friendly reds and whites.
