Crafted from Pecorino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation on its own natural yeasts and without added sulphites in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged a few months in steel tanks.
