Produced in Abruzzo, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Pecorino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system at 300 metres above sea level. Organic farming. Vinification: cold maceration for 8-10 hours and alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel vats. The wine is aged 6 months in steel vats. A wine showing the generous, approachable character typical of Abruzzo wines.
