Hailing from Abruzzo, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pecorino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to Tendone Abruzzese and Guyot system on a calcareous clayey soil at 350 m above sea level. Organic farming. Vinification: cold maceration for 6-12 hours, cold settling for 24 hours and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Abruzzo's rugged terrain between mountains and the Adriatic.
