Petite Arvine 'Vigne Rovettaz' Grosjean

This exceptional Valle d'Aosta DOC showcases the authentic character of Valle d'Aosta. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Petite Arvine 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the municipality of Quart from 1.8 hectares of the Rovettaz vineyard rooted on sandy loam soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 70% 8 months in steel tanks, 30% 8 months in barrique. A wine reflecting the extreme high-altitude terroir of the Valle d'Aosta.
