Fumin Grosjean

A fine example of Valle d'Aosta winemaking, this Valle d'Aosta DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Fumin 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the municipality of Quart and Saint-Christophe on sandy-loamy terrain with an 80% gradient. Vinification: alcoholic fermenation in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 8-10 days. The wine is aged 15 months in steel tanks and part in wood barrels. A wine reflecting the extreme high-altitude terroir of the Valle d'Aosta.
