Piave Malanotte Tessère

This prestigious Piave Malanotte DOCG represents the pinnacle of Italian winemaking excellence. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Raboso 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot systam in a soil rich in clay. Late harvest of dried grapes from the end of October to the beginning of November. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 18 months in steel tanks and in oak barrels. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
