This exceptional Sannio DOC showcases the authentic character of Campania. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Piedirosso 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the Pozzillo vineyard on volcanic, clay and limestone soil at 250 meters asl with south-west exposure. Vinification: fermentation in ceramic tanks for 3 weeks. The wine is aged 10 months in ceramic tanks. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
