A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards faced to South and South-East between 210 and 600 metres above sea level in calcareous and sandy soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 7 months on the lees in big oak barrels for the 50% and in steel vats for the resting 50%. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
