Pinot Bianco 'Aristos' Cantina Valle Isarco

This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 450-650 metres above sea level on alluvial soils rich in grit, porphyre and skeleton. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats with controlled temperature with short skins maceration. The wine is aged 7 months on the lees in steel vats. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
