A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of 40 years at 450 metres of altitude on morenic soil. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in wood cask at controlled temperatura. The wine is aged till 10 months on the yeasts in wood casks. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
