Crafted from Pinot Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located at least 500 meters above sea level on gravelly and calcareous soil. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged in steel vats, on the lees, some months. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
