Crafted from Pinot Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards near Bolzano at 550 mt asl. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks.
