Pinot Bianco Elena Walch

This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a hilly calcareous soil between 250 and 900 metres above sea level. Vinification: soft pressing, cold settling of the must and fermentation in steel tanks at the contolled temperature of 20°C. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
