A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from well-ventilated vineyards, located in Cornaiano at 400-500 meters above sea level on hilly soil rich of minerals and sediments from the Ice Age. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel vats. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
