This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
