A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Blanc 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Vial, Planitzing, Barleit and Salt at 50 meters above sea level, on soils with limestone pebbles, porphyritic sand, alluvial soils. Vinification: cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel. The wine is aged 6 months in stainless steel tanks. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
