Produced in Alto Adige, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from vines less than 60 years old (planted by his grandfather Johann Abraham) at 500 meters altitude on the west slopes. Vinification: triple selection of ripe grapes, soft pressing and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels. The wine is aged 9 months in cask on fine lees and 6 months in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
Alto Adige combines Italian and Austrian winemaking traditions in Italy's northernmost wine region.
