This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the vineyards located at 700 meters above sea level on dolomitic rock soils with limestone and stones. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 5 months in steel tanks and, for the 15%, in French barriques. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
