This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the vineyard Plattenriegl, at an altitude of 550 m. above sea level, on gravelly and limestone soil. Vinification: fermentation for the 50% in stainless steel and for the 50% in large oak barrels. The wine is aged 8 months on the lees in stainless. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
