Pinot Bianco 'Praesulis' Gumphof

A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located at 400-500 meters of altitude. Yield per hectare of 55 quintals. Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in steel vats for 2/3, in tonneaux for 1/3. The wine is aged 1/3 of the mass refines in oak barrels for 8 months, the remaining 2/3 in steel. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
