Crafted from Pinot Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system in a calcareous soil. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanls. The wine is aged 7 months in big oak barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
