This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Pinot Blanc 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 year old vines located in Kardatsch, 550 meters above sea level, pebble and limestone soils. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in 5 hectolitre oak barrels. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
