A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at an altitude of between 350 and 900 meters above sea level oriented south-southwest. Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature in oak barrels, malolactic fermentation and maturation on lees for 12 months. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrel. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
