This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at an altitude of between 350 and 900 meters above sea level oriented south-southwest. Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature in oak barrels, malolactic fermentation and maturation on lees for 12 months. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrel. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
