Crafted from Pinot Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in barriques, tonneaux and big oak barrels. The wine is aged about 12 months in big and small oak barrels, then for 6 months in steel tanks. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
