Crafted from Pinot Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines of less than 60 years of age on soils composed of moraines and volcanic gravel. Vinification: soft pressing and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 500 liter barrels. The wine is aged 24 months in oak wood barrels.
