A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards situated between 250 and 900 meters above sea level, facing South - Southwest. The wine is aged 5-7 months on the lees in stainless steel. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
