A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a calcareous soil rich in clay and gravel between 450 and 600 metres above sea level. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged few months in steel tanks. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
