This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 500 m above sea level, on loamy conglomerate soils with chalky gravels and porphyry sand. The wine is aged 5 months on the fine lees in steel tanks, 10% oak barrels. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
