Tasting Notes

A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from "Eichhorn" vines in Terlano with sout-west exposition, at 300 metres of altitude, on volcanic and sandy soil.
