A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from "Eichhorn" vines in Terlano with sout-west exposition, at 300 metres of altitude, on volcanic and sandy soil. Vinification: maceration of 8 hours, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in wood barrels. The wine is aged 9 months in oak barrels. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
Alto Adige producers are renowned for precise, terroir-expressive whites and elegant reds.
