This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Pinot Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30-year-old vines on gravel and clay-limestone soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in barriques, tonneaux and big oak barrels. The wine is aged about 12 months in big and small oak barrels, then for 6 months in steel tanks. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
