Pinot Grigio 'Aristos' Cantina Valle Isarco

This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 550-650 metres above sea level on clayey soils very deep. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels and in steel vats controlled temperature with short skins contact. The wine is aged 7 months on the lees in steel vats. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
