Pinot Grigio Cantina Terlano

A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Gris 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: manual harvest, selection of bunches by hand, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel containers. The wine is aged 7 months on yeasts in stainless steel containers. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
