A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Gris 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 250-600 meters above sea level on calcareous soils, with the presence of clay and sand. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel containers. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks on the lees. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
