Vinification: temperaturkontrollierte alkoholische Gärung fast ausschließlich in Stahltanks und in geringen Mengen in Barriques. The wine is aged 4 months exclusively in steel tanks and small quantities in barriques. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
