Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 300 metres above sea level on soils rich in iron, clay and limestone. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks.
