A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 450-500 meters in Cornaiano terroir on the hills of the Oltradige, rich of minerals and sediments. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
