A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Pinot Gris 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 80 year old vineyards on soils composed of clayey sand. Vinification: de-stemmed and crushed grapes, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 5 months in stainless steel tanks. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
