Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on marly soils. Vinification: light pressing, natural precipitation of sediments, fermentation alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
