This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at Magré, over 200 metres of altitude. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast in steel and wood barrels. The wine is aged 9 months in wooden barrels. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
