A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Garda DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Grigio, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards second-tier pebbly moraine soil at 200 meters elevation. Vinification: soft pressing of whole cluster and fermentation of monster flower for 15-18 days. The wine is aged 5 months in steel and 3 months in bottle. A wine showing the technical precision Veneto producers are known for.
