Pinot Grigio 'Sialis' Franco Terpin

Produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines from Collio in Friuli, cultivated and selected from cru Sialis. Organic farming. Vinification: long fermentation on skins of 14 days with authoctone yeasts without filtrations. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique and 3 years in bottle. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
