This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Neustift, at an altitude of 650 m. above sea level. Vinification: in barrels for 11 months and after 6 months in steel. The wine is aged 11 months in barriques, then 7 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
